The Yale men's shoe is the ultimate must-have loafer. With its distinctly British style, this loafer is a wardrobe essential offering unrivalled comfort.

This men's shoe features moccasin stitching and pull-up cowhide leather on a leather sole, with a leather welt. The apron, strap and heel reinforcement are hand-stitched.

COW LEATHER

Cow leather is a premium leather obtained from adult bovine hides, which are thicker than calf hides. It is known for being robust and soft.
Depending on the type of tanning used, the patina can be more or less pronounced.

MOCCASIN CONSTRUCTION

Moccasin construction is designed as a single piece of leather that encloses the whole of the foot. This construction technique offers maximum comfort while walking, preventing the feet from overheating as there are no seams on the bottom of the shoe.

LEATHER SOLES

Leather soles feel superlatively good on your feet: their feel, their smoothness, the sound they make... Leather is a natural material that allows air to circulate, letting your feet breathe. It also helps to get rid of any moisture caused by perspiration and improves heat regulation.

However, we recommend you have a rubber pad fitted to help your leather sole wear more slowly, protect the stitching and gain more grip if you do decide to wear the shoes in wet weather.
