In cases of distance selling, the consumer is legally entitled to a period of fourteen clear days, as from the date of receipt of goods, within which to exercise their right to withdraw from the sale, without having to explain why or pay any penalty, except the cost of returning the goods. However, BEXLEY authorises the customer to return goods purchased via the internet up to one month after the date of receipt.

All returns are subject to a request submitted online via the Loyalty space on our website. We are unable to process goods returned to our head office. Once your request has been approved, you will be given a return number. This number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel. The return delivery costs are payable by the customer. In the event of an error by BEXLEY, and confirmed by the company, the return costs will be covered by BEXLEY. When submitting their requests, customers shall specify whether they prefer an exchange, a credit note or a refund.

Refunds are made via the payment method used at the time of order. N.B. discounts granted at the time of order are taken into account when proceeding with refunds. Thus, if the batch price or any other discount can no longer be applied, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you buy two pairs at €288 (batch price: one pair for €159 - two pairs for €288) and you want a refund for one pair, the refund amount will come to €129 (€288 - €159, as the batch price no longer applies.

The credit note will be emailed to you. You will see it in your shopping cart and may use it for your next order online. Its amount is calculated based on the unit sales price. Thus, if you buy two pairs at €288 and you wish to return one pair and obtain a credit note, the latter will be worth €144 and not €129. Credit notes may only be used to buy online. Your returns will be processed as quickly as possible and you will be kept informed by email. On average, you should allow 15 working days, as from the date the goods are sent back.
