30 Days to Change Your Mind!

Upon receiving your order, you have a 30-day period to change your mind.
Note that for orders to be picked up in-store, you have 10 days to collect the order from the store, after which it will be automatically canceled.

Only items purchased through the website can be returned. It is essential that they have not been worn and are returned in their original packaging.

Before returning the item(s), it is mandatory to fill out the online return request form via the “My Returns” section in your customer account. Any package sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorization email. Returns should not be sent to our headquarters as they cannot be processed.

If there was an error in the preparation of your order on our part, you can declare it during your return request and attach a photo as proof. Once validated by our team, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing you with a Chronopost shipping label.

Exchange, Credit, or Refund

For any return requested online, you will have the choice of one of the following options:

  • An exchange for a product of the same category that you select online during your request

  • A credit to your customer account (maintaining your "bundle price" benefit)

  • A refund to the payment method used for your order (losing your "bundle price" benefit)

- Refunds exclude discounts granted at the time of purchase. If, after your return, the remaining items no longer qualify for the bundle discount, the amount of the discount will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you bought 2 pairs for €308 and return one, your refund will be €139, as the bundle discount no longer applies if you keep only one pair.

- Credits allow you to retain the discount granted at the time of your order and are directly credited to your customer account. You will see it on the payment page during your next order. The credit amount is calculated based on the discounted unit price. For example, if you bought 2 pairs for €308 and return one, your credit will be €154.

- Exchanges are offered online for products of the same category and price that are still in stock. Note that it is no longer possible to request an exchange for an item that has already been exchanged; in such cases, we will offer you a credit or a refund.

Your returns will be processed as quickly as possible, and you will be informed by email. On average, it takes two working days from the receipt of your items at our warehouse.

  • You collected your order in-store: You can request an exchange in-store for an item of the same price category, or receive a credit or refund.
  • You received your order at a pickup point or at home: Only in-store exchanges are possible for an item of the same price category. Thus, clearance items sold on our website cannot be returned to the store.
