RETURNS PROCEDURE

About your returns, you have a period of reflection of 30 days upon receipt of your order to make your return by post, and this as long as the Pick-Up points remain closed.

 

Only items purchased via the website can be returned. It is important that items have not been worn and are returned to us in their original packaging.

Please signin in your customer account and choose "My returns" category. Click on the "create a return" button. Select the relevant order. You will have the choice of one of three modes :

  • An exchange for a product of the same family and the same price.
  • A credit note, balance on your customer account (retention of the amount of the batch discount)
  • A refund (loss of the amount of batch discount)

Please note:

You will be refunded with the same payment method that was used to purchase the items. Please note, all refunds incorporate any discounts that were taken into account during the order. In this way, if a bulk price is no longer applicable, the discount will deducted. For example, if you bought 2 pairs for 238 € and you wish to refund only one pair, the refund will amount to 99 € as the product bundle is no longer valid.
The credit voucher is sent to you by email. You can find it in your shopping basket ready to use for your next online order. Its value is based on the unit selling price. In this way, if you bought 2 pairs for 238 €, and you wish to return one pair and receive a credit voucher, this will amount to 119 € and not 99 €.

In the event of an error under our care (defective item), we will bear the return postage costs. In this case, your enquiry will be dealt with between 2 to 3 working days (you must have to join us photos when you will fill the form)

Otherwise, your enquiry will be automatically accepted and you will receive by email an authorization return label as well as the address of our returns platform and all other necessary information regarding packaging and posting.

Return postage costs are at your own expense (except in the event of an error under our care)

All items returned to our head office must contain a return slip - without a return slip none of the items can be accepted.

Your refunds will be treated as soon as possible and you will be informed by email within a delay of 7 working days from the date from which the products were sent.

 

Return or exchange in a Bexley Store

You have the possibility to request an exchange directly in store, except for the end of line models, as well as for product sold exclusively on the web. However, you will need to check that your Bexley store has your item in its range (if the item is not sold there, it cannot be taken back). We invite you to contact the shop beforehand (list of shops). Only exchanges and credit notes are accepted in store.
