It can be used over a suit or even with casual outfits.

WATER-REPELLENT TWILL

The "serge" or "twill" weaving technique is characterised by its diagonal structure which gives it a certain elasticity and a very high level of resistance. This twill made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester is given a water-repellent treatment to protect you from the rain. The weaving technique also produces a fabric with very tight threads, which will protect you from the wind.
