    • Our logistics warehouses keep their normal activity and respect our shipping deadlines from 24 to 48 working hours after your order.
      However, the delivery times of our carriers may be affected.


    • About your returns, you have 60 days from receipt of your order to return by post, as long as the relay points remain closed. As our shops are closed until further notice, you will have an additional 30 days as soon as they reopen to exchange your items.


    • To be available and respond to your requests, from Monday to Friday, we set up telework for the majority of our employees. As a result, our response time can be impacted and we apologize for that. You can reach our customer service during working hours via our contact form, by phone or via social networks.

1. Colissimo FRANCE : Guaranteed service, FREE Home Delivery

With no purchase minimum, Bexley offers you Colissimo home delivery costs (for shipments in France only).

In view of the health regulations, we recommend you to be cautious at delivery time :

  • Keep a distance of at least 1 meter between the delivery person / postman and yourself
  • Avoid physical contact as much as possible

Colissimo deliveries will no longer be guaranteed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays, which may increase the delivery time from 48 to 96 working hours depending on the day the order is placed.


2. TNT Express France

Deliveries and collections will be effective as usual.

You can ask to the delivery for signing on behalf of you, in your presence. Please try to keep a distance of at least 1 meter and avoid physical contact as much as possible.
Any undelivered parcel will be kept for 10 days at the TNT agency awaiting your instructions. After these 10 days, the package will be returned to us. If you are in this case, we invite you to contact us to ask for a refund if it has not already been done automatically a few days after the supposed delivery date.

Express delivery times continue to be assured : any order place before 2 pm will be delivered to your home the next day before 1 pm, excluding Saturdays.


3. Mondial Relay France, Belgium, Luxembourg et Spain - Service stopped on March, 16th evening

The last launch of Mondial Relay parcels will take place on March 16th until further notice. Therefore we have removed the Mondial Relay network from our delivery methods.

In case of your package has been delivered but you have not had time to receive it before the closure of relay points, you will find below the actions implemented by Mondial Relay:


    • Will packages arriving at a closed pickup point store be able to be sent to another open pickup point ?
      No, parcels already received by a pickup point that is already closed can only be picked up when the store reopens.


    • My parcel is currently in transit in your network, it ha to be delivered to a pickup point that is currently closed, can it be redirected to an open store (supermarket, bakery, etc.)?
      No, your parcel will be securely stored on one of the Mondial Relay logistics centres through which it transits.


    • My parcel is available in a closed pickup point, how can I retrieve it ?
      It's not possible to retrieve it, parcels already received by a pickup point already closed can only be retrieved when the store reopens.



    • Are signatures on the PAD still mandatory ?
      Yes, the signature is mandatory for the transfer of responsibility. If you can pick up your package at an open pickup point, bring your own stylus and/or wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel or soap immediately after signing. The PAD is no more contaminated than cash or credit card keypads, barrier gestures remain the best response to the virus.


    • What will happen to packages in the process of being delivered ?
      The last deliveries will take place on Tuesday 17 March. Packages not delivered after this date will be securely stored in our logistics centres.


    • Is the parcel service maintained ?
      No, the parcel service is suspended until further notice in application of the ministerial order of 14 March and due to the closure of shops. (information on sending parcel )


    • Are international home shipments maintained?
      No, international shipments at a pickup point are not maintained. For international home deliveries, only parcels in transit as of March 17 will be forwarded to the country destination.

As of Wednesday 1 April 2020, parcels will be transported mainly by sea, which will lead to longer transport times (15 days by boat for the West Indies, 30 days for Reunion Island, 40 days for Mayotte)



Your parcel will be prepared for dispatch by our logistics provider as soon as you have finished placing your order with us. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link

Other Countries

All of our parcels to destinations outside of Europe are shipped via UPS. Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 days depending on the destination. All of our items are sold tax free. Depending on the destination country, you may have to pay local tax or duty on your items upon receiving your order.

Please note: if you are paying by bank card, your order will only be confirmed once the funds have transferred to Bexley's bank account. We will guarantee our goods' availability for up to 7 days. If we still have not received your payment after this period has elapsed, your order will automatically be cancelled.
