1. Preparing Your Order

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier chosen when placing your order.
You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your delivery, which you can also find in your Customer Area under "My Orders", or on our tracking page.

2. Real-Time Delivery Tracking

3. Returns and Exchanges

For returns, you have 30 days from receiving your order to send it back by mail or exchange it in our stores.
We also offer discounted shipping labels:

  • €2.95 for returns via pick-up point from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Spain
  • €5.95 for returns via mail from France and Corsica

5. Delivery Times


5.1. Pickup Point Delivery (free for orders over €99)

  • Average delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

We offer free shipping for orders over €99 in France as well as to Belgium, Spain, and Luxembourg.

When your package is available at the selected pickup point, you will receive a notification via email and/or text message.

Note that during busy periods, the pickup point may be saturated and unable to accept new parcels. In such cases, delivery will be redirected to a nearby pickup point, and you will be notified by email.

Additionally, you have 7 calendar days to collect your package. On the 8th day, it will be returned to our warehouse, and your order will be refunded.


5.2. Standard Home Delivery in FRANCE

  • Average home delivery time: 2 working days

You will be notified via text message/email about the stages of your delivery.

To secure the delivery of your order, your presence will be required: the courier will deliver your package upon presentation of a 6-digit secure code or QR code sent by Chronopost via email and/or text message the day before delivery. Without the secure code, your package will be handed over against a signature.

You can reschedule your delivery before midnight on the Chronopost website by clicking the link in the message from Chronopost.
In case of absence, your package may be left at the nearest pickup point, where it will be held for up to 7 days.

5.3. Express Home Delivery in FRANCE

Any order placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered to your home the next day before 1:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).

To secure the delivery of your order, your presence will be required: the courier will deliver your package upon presentation of the 6-digit secure code or QR code sent by Chronopost via email and/or text message the day before delivery. Without the secure code, your package will be handed over against a signature.

In case of absence, your package may be left at the nearest relay point, where it will be held for up to 7 days.

5.4. In-Store Pickup


5.4.1. Express Pickup Within 3 Hours: Free

  • Order availability time: 3 hours

Please wait to receive a confirmation email or text message before going to the store.
Our stores systematically perform a quality check on the items you ordered to ensure their availability.
After receiving the notification of your order's availability, you have 7 days to collect it in-store. Beyond this period, your order will be canceled and refunded.

5.4.2. Delivery to Your Preferred Store: €2.30

  • Delivery time to store: 3 to 5 working days.

5.5. EUROPE

We detail delivery times by type below. Please note that border checks may cause delays of 24 to 72 hours.

  • Free pickup point delivery in Europe for orders over €99 (Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg): 3 to 5 working days
  • Standard home delivery in Europe: 3 to 8 working days
  • Express home delivery in Europe: 2 to 4 working days

For the countries listed below, home delivery may require the presentation of a 6-digit code sent via email and/or SMS:

5.6. OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

  • Express home delivery: 4 to 9 working days

Due to traffic or other disruptions, an occasional additional delay may occur for the delivery of your package.

5.7. OUTSIDE EUROPE

  • Express home delivery: 4 to 7 working days

Goods are sold excluding tax. Depending on the country, you may need to pay local taxes upon receipt.

Note: For bank transfer payments, your order will only be validated upon receipt of the transfer in our bank account. We guarantee the availability of products for 7 days. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically canceled. The delivery times mentioned above apply from the date of order validation.
