Order Preparation
From the moment it is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days). However, the delivery times of our carriers may vary depending on the option chosen when placing your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link that allows you to track the delivery, and you will also find this tracking in your customer area, under My Orders or on our tracking page.

Exchanges and returns
For returns, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it by post or exchange it in our stores.
We also offer:
- Return to a Mondial Relais pickup point at a special rate of €2.95
- Return by Colissimo at a special rate of €5.95

Delivery Times
1. Delivery in a pickup point (Free for purchases over €99)
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
We offer free shipping for purchases over €99 in Spain, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
When your parcel is available at the selected pickup point, you will receive notification by email and/or text message.
Please note that during peak periods, the pickup point may reach capacity and be unable to accept new packages. In this case, the delivery will be redirected to a nearby pickup point, and you will be notified by email.
Additionally, you have 7 calendar days to pick up your package. On the 8th day, it will be returned to our warehouse, and your order will be refunded.
2. Europe
- Europe pickup point delivery (Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg): 3 to 5 business days
- Europe Home delivery: 3 to 8 business days
- Europe Home express delivery: 2 to 4 business days
Please note that for the following countries, home delivery could be guaranteed by presenting the 6-digit security code and/or the QR code sent via email and/or text message:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, and Switzerland.
The recipient's presence is necessary to provide this code to the delivery person. It is possible to reschedule the delivery before midnight by following the link sent by email and/or SMS.
If you are absent, your package may be dropped off at the nearest pickup point, where it will be held for between 8 and 10 days, depending on the destination country.
3. OVERSEAS
We detail the delivery times by service below. However, border controls may result in delivery delays from 24 hours to 72 hours.
- Home express delivery: 4-9 working days.
Depending on traffic and its disruptions, an additional one-time delay may apply for the delivery of your package.
4. Outside Europe
We detail the delivery times per service below. However, border checks may cause a delay of 24 to 72 hours in delivery.
- Home express delivery: 4 to 7 business days
Goods are sold tax-free. Depending on the country, you will be responsible for paying local taxes upon receipt.
Note: In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be confirmed once the transfer has been received in our bank account. We guarantee the availability of the products for 7 days. If we do not receive your payment within this period, your order will be automatically canceled. The delivery times mentioned above apply from the date of order confirmation.
5. HOME DELIVERY FRANCE
- Delivery time: 2 business days
You will be informed by SMS/email of the stages of your delivery.
To ensure the delivery of your order, your presence will be required: the courier could deliver your package upon presentation of the 6-digit security code and/or the QR code that Chronopost will have sent you via email and/or SMS the day before your delivery.
You can reschedule your delivery before midnight on the Chronopost website by clicking the link sent via email and/or SMS.
If you are absent, your package may be left at the nearest pickup point, where it will be held for up to 7 days.
6. EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY FRANCE
Any order placed before 2:00 p.m. will be delivered to your home the next day before 1:00 p.m. (excluding weekends and holidays).
To ensure the delivery of your order, your presence will be required: the courier could to deliver your package upon presentation of the 6-digit security code and/or the QR code that Chronopost will have sent you via email and/or SMS the day before your delivery.
