Our logistics warehouses ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours after your order.The delivery times of our carriers vary according to the option chosen when you placed your order.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Exchanges and returns
About your returns, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return by post.
To be available and respond to your requests, from Monday to Friday, we set up telework for the majority of our employees. As a result, our response time can be impacted and we apologize for that. 1. Colissimo FRANCE
- Colissimo FRANCE Home Delivery : 2-4 working days.
- Colissimo Pickup Point or Post office : 2-4 working days.You will need two codes to collect your package. They will be sent to you by email. Please note that your package will only be available for 5 days.
Colissimo Home Delivery
If the packaging allows it, your order can be delivered in your mailbox.
In case of absence and if your package is too bulky, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Note that it can be deposited the next day or even the day after.
Colissimo Pickup Point or Post office
If your parcel is delivered to a parcel relay or a closed post office, it will be redirected to an open relay point nearby. You can follow the progress of your delivery in real time on this page.
2. TNT Express France
Any order placed before 2 p.m. will be delivered to your home the next day before 1 p.m., excluding Saturday.
Deliveries are normally made at home. Any undelivered package will be dropped off at a relay point near your home.
In case of absence, your package will be redirected to a possible open relay point nearby. Otherwise, your package will not be stored in a TNT agency and will be returned to our logistics platform. We therefore invite you to track your package in real time and at contact us if returned to sender for faster reshipment or refund.
3. Mondial Relay France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain - FREE Delivery from 99€ of purchase
When your parcel is available at the selected relay point, you will receive a notification by email and/or sms. In case that your relay point should be unavailable at the delivery time, Mondial Relay will then invite you to choose a new relay point by sms and/or email.
We detail the delivery times by service below. However, border controls may result in delivery delays from 24 hours to 72 hours.
Package are delivered by :
- UPS Saver : 2 business days.
- UPS Express Standard : 3-5 business days.
- Mondial Relay (Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg) : 4 to 9 business days.
- IMX : 3-8 business days.
Package are delivered by :
- UPS Express Saver : 4 jours working days.
- Colissimo Overseas : variable delay depending on weight and destination (see below).
Colissimo Overseas : Specific provisions
Packages weighing less than 20kg are transported by air. Depending on air traffic and its disruptions, an additional one-time delay may apply for the delivery of your package.
- for Guadeloupe (including Saint-Barthélémy and Saint-Martin), Martinique, Réunion and Guyana : 5 to 7 working days
- for Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, the French Southern and Antarctic Lands : 7 to 10 working days< /li>
Packages over 20kg are transported by sea which causes additional delays:
- Antilles and Guyana : delivery time of 20 to 25 days
- Mayotte : delivery time of 40 days
6. Outside Europe
All of our parcels to destinations outside of Europe are shipped via UPS. Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 days depending on the destination. All of our items are sold tax free. Depending on the destination country, you may have to pay local tax or duty on your items upon receiving your order.
- 3 working days for Canada and the United States,
- 4 working days for other countries.
Please note: if you are paying by bank card, your order will only be confirmed once the funds have transferred to Bexley's bank account. We will guarantee our goods' availability for up to 7 days. If we still have not received your payment after this period has elapsed, your order will automatically be cancelled.
