Returns procedure

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you still have up to one month from the day of delivery to your home or a Pick-up & Go location to return all items unworn in their original packaging.

Before returning any items to us, please fill in the “Return an Item” form found in your customer account.
Please note that returns via Mondial Relay cannot be accepted!

On the form, you can specify if you wish an exchange, a credit voucher or a refund.

Please note:
- You will be refunded with the same payment method that was used to purchase the items. Please note, all refunds incorporate any discounts that were taken into account during the order. In this way, if a bulk price is no longer applicable, the discount will deducted. For example, if you bought 2 pairs for 238 € and you wish to refund only one pair, the refund will amount to 99 € as the product bundle is no longer valid.
- The credit voucher is sent to you by email. You can find it in your shopping basket ready to use for your next online order. Its value is based on the unit selling price. In this way, if you bought 2 pairs for 238 €, and you wish to return one pair and receive a credit voucher, this will amount to 119 € and not 99 €.

Your enquiry will be dealt with between 2 to 3 working days. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive by email an authorization number as well as the address of our returns platform and all other necessary information regarding packaging and posting.
Return postage costs are at your own expense. In the event of an error under our care, we will bear the return postage costs.
All items returned to our head office must contain a return slip - without a return slip none of the items can be accepted.

Your returns will be treated as soon as possible and you will be informed by email within a delay of 7 working days from the date from which the products were sent.
