Bexley Shirts
100% of Bexley Shirts are made of : 100% cotton, 100% double yarn warp , 100% double yarn weft, 100% high density.
To create the shirts collection, like for the lines of shoes, Bexley chose quality and naturalness.
The 100% cotton asserts itself. We gave an aftertreatment up, like easy ironing, which resins are toxic.
The dyed yarn means that the colours are the result of the weaving of colours yarns and not a dyed bath on a raw fabric.
The double yarn warp and the double yarn weft are incontrovertible for a high quality product. They give substance, carriage, and durability. They assure you an easy ironing without any toxic chemical product. Depending on the fabrics, these two yarns are either twisted (two-ply cotton) or parallel. It's the reason why we chose the mention : « Double Yarn Warp and Weft ».
The soft touch of Bexley shirts comes from a light abrasion on the surface of the fabric. The result is an instantaneous comfort and 100% natural.
The density has to be the highest if we want a an elegant product with shape. That's why we only choose the best yarns that we weave as tightly as the technical process of construction allows it.

The Vermont Cutting, 100 % made in Bexley creation, is a straight comfort fit, with ideal and studied proportions to give you a maximum of wellness and freedom. You will appreciate the width and the length of the sleeves that provide you a great freedom of movements without being too loose.
The Vermont shirts have a buttoned American collar and a pocket. This classical and timeless design will seduce you with its subtle elegance. To try, for those who don't know it, you couldn't do without it.

The "Braided Weaving" construction
With its specific rhythm, the "braided weaving" allows a real ventilation of the fabric. It is this special feature that makes it so comfortable and so absorbent. The "Braided weaving" could be made in all thicknesses of yarns.

The Oxford
The Bexley Oxford Fabric is made with the process of the "Braided weaving". The special feature of the oxford is that it always uses two yarns: a white one and a coloured one (two white yarns in the case of white stripes or white shirts). This feature provides to the oxford fabric its brightness.
The Oxford differs from other woven fabrics by its thicker weaving (150 g/m²), more appropriate for an adaptable work-leisure activities use.

The Pinpoint
The Bexley Pinpoint Fabric is the same as an Oxford fabric with « braided weaving » construction. The only difference is the use of thiner yarns, lighter and so tighter (105 g/m²), it is ideal for a dressed up use.

The Poplin is a regular, fine and tight construction realized with similar size yarns of warp and weft. This regular construction allows obtaining great details that is necessary for “vichy” or checked design. The poplin is absorbent, soft and pretty silky. The Poplin construction is the most elegant. The Twill is immediately recognizable with its oblique weaving. This construction is the best to highlight strong colours and offers shape and keeping.

Sizes of Bexley Shirts
In order to choose the size of your Bexley shirts, you just need to :
- Take your neck measurement by taking the measure a finger below the glottis, without pressing too much
- Add 1,5 cm to this measure
- Round up this result to the lower unity if you prefer wearing close fitting shirts or to the upper unity if you wish more comfort and freedom in your movements.
For instance : If you take your neck measurement at 39,5 you will get 41 after the addition of 1,5. So, you will choose 41 size.

Cleaning conditions for your Bexley Shirts
The Bexley shirts have been purpose made to offer you an optimum shelf life, and keep after many washings their flexibility and their softness.
We advise you to follow the washing instructions :
- Washing in a machine with normal program : 40°C temperature, normal rinse, normal spinning
- Ironing : Maximal temperature of 150°C is advised
- Avoid the dryer
- Avoid dry cleaning
