DELIVERY CONDITIONS Your order will be validated within 24h after we will receive your payment. Then, after validation, your order will be sent and you will receive your we will send your goods and you will receive your tracking number by email.
FRANCE:
For France, parcels are sent by "La Poste" with "Colissimo". The average shipping time is about 3 to 6 days EUROPE :
For Europe, goods are sent by "La Poste" with "Colissimo International" service or by TNT. The average shipping time is about one week and depneds of the destinations.
OUT OF EUROPE:
Each order are sent by TNT International. The average shipping time is between 4 and 15 days. Please, note that our prices are taxe free. In some countries, authorities could however ask you duty fees. We recommand you to get information about it before making an order.
SHIPPING COSTS
As we realise a great volume of expeditions, we could obtain important discounts of our logistic partners: Colissimo (- 21 % for sendings in France and - 10 % for International sendings) and TNT (- 70 %). These discounts are entirely integrated in our shipping costs.
SATISFIED OR REFUND
After the day of delivery of your goods, you have one month to return intact and unworn articles in their original and undamaged packaging.
Only items bought on Bexley.com website can be returned.
How do I Retur something?
Before sending back the items, you must fill online the return form you will find in your loyalty area. N.B:
- The refund is operated with the same kind of payment the one you have used for your order.
Be careful, the refunds take in account the discounts you have benefit for your order. If the set discount can not be applied after your reimbursement, the amount of the discount will be deduced. For example, if you have bought 2 pairs for 209€ and asked for a refund of one of the two pairs, you will receive back 80€ because the set discount can not be effective anymore.
- The credit note is sent by email and is available directly on your cart for your next online purchases. Its amount is calculated on the unit sell price. For example, if you have bought 2 pairs at 209€ and asked for a credit note for one of the pairs, you will receive 104,50 €.
As soon as your demand is validated, within 48 to 72 hours (working day), you will receive by email a number of authorization as well as all the details to return your articles. Shipping costs are your responsibility. All return shipping costs for errors on our behalf will be covered by us. We will deal with your return as quickly as possible. It will take more or less 15 to 20 working days from the date you send the return.
