To create our own products is above all for us a history of passion for the shoe and for the quality and beautiful things. It is also the mean to realize savings and to offer you outstanding prices.

The steps of creation are:

1- Idea
The idea of a new product is the result of the meeting of customers needs with the sensitivity of our teams. Those ones, with their experiences, their curiosity and their openness are going to try to understand the desires of customers which can be clearly expressed or not.

2- Development of a wooden last
A shoe is first of all a last. It is absolutely necessary to find the good last which will give you comfort and elegance. We work with the best last manufacturers to create the standard Bexley last which is today the base of all our styles.

3- Drawing
When the last has been developed, comes the step of the drawing. All the details of the future shoe, even the most little or complicated, are drawing directly on the wood.

3- The pattern
Then a pattern is realised. 

4- Development of a prototype
The pattern is sending to the manufacturer to realize a prototype.

5- Validation
The conformity of the prototype is checked with the pattern and the drawing. The shoes are worn. If, and only if, all the Bexley requirements and standards of quality are ok, the model is accepted.

We create regularly new styles, new lasts and new colors. For each creation, the line we follow is the same: the satisfaction of the customer. Everything begins and ends with the customer. If he doesn't like the product, we are trying to undestand why, we modify or stop it. Create a product which is beautiful only for its designers is stupid!
