Preparation of your order

Our logistics warehouses ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours after your order.The delivery times of our carriers vary according to the option chosen when you placed your order.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Exchanges and returns

About your returns, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return by post. We also offer:

• Return to a Mondial Relay relay point at a special rate of €2.95
• Return by Colissimo at a special rate of €5.95

Delivery time

 

1. Delivery in relay point (free for orders over €99)

We offer free delivery to France, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg for orders over €99.

When your parcel is available at the selected relay point, you will receive a notification by email and/or sms. In case that your relay point should be unavailable at the delivery time, the carrier will then invite you to choose a new relay point by sms and/or email.

 

2. Europe

Delivery times:

• Europe Relay point delivery (Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg): 3-5 working days
• Europe Home delivery: 3-8 working days
• Europe Home express delivery: 2-4 working days

 

3. OVERSEAS

We detail the delivery times by service below. However, border controls may result in delivery delays from 24 hours to 72 hours.

• Home express delivery: 4-9 working days.

Depending on traffic and its disruptions, an additional one-time delay may apply for the delivery of your package.

 

4. Outside Europe

• Home express delivery: 4-7 working days

All of our items are sold tax free. Depending on the destination country, you may have to pay local tax or duty on your items upon receiving your order.

Please note: if you are paying by bank card, your order will only be confirmed once the funds have transferred to Bexley's bank account. We will guarantee our goods' availability for up to 7 days. If we still have not received your payment after this period has elapsed, your order will automatically be cancelled.

 

5. RELAY DELIVERY FRANCE

• Delivery times: 3-5 working days.

Free delivery to relay points for orders over €99. If your parcel is delivered to a parcel relay, it will be redirected to an open relay point nearby. You can follow the progress of your delivery in real time on this page.

 

6. HOME DELIVERY FRANCE

• Delivery times: 2-4 working days.

If the packaging allows it, your order can be delivered in your mailbox.
In case of absence and if your package is too bulky, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Note that it can be deposited the next day or even the day after.

 

7. DELIVERY EXPRESS FRANCE

Any order placed before 2 p.m. will be delivered to your home the next day before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Deliveries are normally made at home. Any undelivered package will be dropped off at a relay point near your home.

In case of absence, your package will be redirected to a possible open relay point nearby. Otherwise, your package will not be stored in a Chronopost agency and will be returned to our logistics platform. We therefore invite you to track your package in real time and at contact us if returned to sender for faster reshipment or refund.
